What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked about places to go and how to get around the island. Rooms were very clean and we all appreciated a bath everyday after being out all day. We were at the back of the building so luckily couldn't hear any traffic. Breakfast was decent enough for a continental, we just filled up on coffee and toast then went out for the day. Location was ideal as we had a view of the beach/sea every morning at breakfast and there was a bus stop outside the hotel so was easy to get buses down into town or out of town. Would recommend hotel to family and friends and would stay again!

I did keep getting pantry moths in my room (room 10) so there could be a nest outside somewhere. We could hear the other guests and sometimes we got woke up by them but it is an old building so is expected to hear most noise

Staff very friendly nothing any trouble to them if asked to do something for you rooms clean and plenty of space to move around

No mat for standing on when having a shower in bath. I know I could have asked for one but should be standard in each room.

Clean, spacious pleasant room, good shower, quiet, good views to sea, windows adjustable, bed comfortable

Duvet too warm Toilet seat loose Lamp over desk would be useful You could add pre-packaged Weetabix at breakfast

Bed was a little too hard but apart from that it was ok, would have happily paid for fried breakfast if it was available 😀

We stay at The Penta every time we visit the Isle of Man. The service is fantastic, the rooms are large and very comfortable and the location is brilliant. The Penta is spotlessly clean and the staff, especially Elita :), are super friendly and helpful. Wifi is really good too.

Spotlessly clean, lovely basic breakfast, stayed many times and will be back again.

We booked a number of rooms for a large group and from the moment I originally got in touch to checking out the service received has been fantastic. Communications - Quick to respond, always helpful. Check-in was seemless. The staff at the hotel, really nice and friendly. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you Penta!

Quiet room ,at the back,undisturbed.Lift available to take one to 5the higher floors.Large bathroom.Location on the front so full few of the front from the downstairs breakfast room in morning.

Location was great, Hotel was great, clean and tidy with good sized rooms, Bathroom & Bedroom. Staff were fantastic and very friendly, I would like to also mention the lady that cleaned and did reception duties as she was brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok after our ferry home was cancelled.

Ideal location with stunning views as we booked room with sea view, exceptionally clean room and the staff cleaned the room every other day whilst we were staying.
