Quiet room ,at the back,undisturbed.Lift available to take one to 5the higher floors.Large bathroom.Location on the front so full few of the front from the downstairs breakfast room in morning.

Location was great, Hotel was great, clean and tidy with good sized rooms, Bathroom & Bedroom. Staff were fantastic and very friendly, I would like to also mention the lady that cleaned and did reception duties as she was brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok after our ferry home was cancelled.

Ideal location with stunning views as we booked room with sea view, exceptionally clean room and the staff cleaned the room every other day whilst we were staying.

The locaction was terrific. We hat a beautiful view of the sea from our room. Everything was clean and comfortable

Parking close was a little difficult. I would have loved some fruit with the continental breakfast, such as apples, oranges, and/or bananas

I’ve stayed here before over a decade ago and coming back it was great - the room has everything it needs, great bathroom, comfy bed, loads of storage space and had everything I needed at great value for money

Exceptionally clean. Good location.

One slight criticism, You could update your bedding to the standard of premier inn or.Travelodge . Thank you.

Hotel was very clean. Room was huge. It was easy to check in after reception was closed by using the phone to contact the Regency hotel. Bathroom was spacious and it was nice to have tea and coffee in the room and a Hairdryer.

Nothing really. The only thing that might have been nice to have was an armchair to relax in.

Very convenient for the prom and town. Had a lovely meal at the sister hotel Regence.

The toilet could be cleaner especially under the rim.

Good accommodation and always spotlessly clean throughout. The included continental breakfast is just right for me. Excellent WiFi too. My preferred hotel when staying in Douglas.
